Pros: The team's pretty solid, especially in the Kuala Lumpur office. There's a decent hybrid model for us Software Engineer roles, which definitely helps cut down on commute time. You get some flexibility if you really manage your own tasks well.
Cons: Work-life balance can get tough here, especially when you're dealing with IT shared services. Sometimes support tickets just pile up, and you're stuck working past normal hours. It's a very corporate environment, so deadlines are pretty strict.
Advice to Management: Management should really look into staffing levels, especially for technical support and Software Engineer teams, to help balance the workload. It'd improve overall employee well-being and reduce burnout.

Pros: I appreciate the hybrid work model here. As a Business Analyst in the Kuala Lumpur office, it's nice to have a few days working from home. It offers a decent balance for general corporate environment tasks.
Cons: The WFH days are pretty strict though; it's always Tuesday and Thursday. There isn't much flexibility if you need to adjust, which can be tough. I wish there was more freedom for individual teams within these business process solutions.
Advice to Management: Consider more adaptable hybrid schedules and trust employees to manage their work locations more effectively. A bit more individual flexibility would really help.

Pros: My direct team leads are pretty decent; they're supportive and help with day-to-day tasks. There's good exposure to various financial services operations in the Kuala Lumpur office. The hybrid work setup is a plus.
Cons: Upper management can feel pretty disconnected from what we do. It's tough when big decisions come down without much context. As a Financial Analyst, you sometimes feel like a cog.
Advice to Management: Try to communicate more openly about company strategy. Connect with employees on the ground, not just your direct reports. It helps engagement.
