Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the innovation process from ideation to implementation, ensuring alignment with company
goals and objectives.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, technologies, and trends to drive growth and competitive
advantage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative strategies and projects.
- Foster a culture of innovation by promoting creative thinking and problem-solving across the organization.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including startups, academic institutions, and
industry experts.
- Monitor and report on the progress of innovation initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for
improvement.
- Manage the innovation budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize impact.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance the innovation capabilities of team members.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Innovation Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in innovation management, product development, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
