Pros: I liked that as an Operations Specialist, I could usually count on standard 40-hour weeks. For those in the Atlanta office, overtime wasn't pushed too hard outside of major peak shipping seasons. The hybrid work option was a real benefit for my personal schedule.
Cons: During busy times, especially around holiday delivery surges, the workload really piles up. It's a corporate environment, so you sometimes feel pressure to meet tight deadlines which can eat into your personal time. Career growth in the logistics industry, for a specialist role, felt a bit slow.
Advice to Management: Try to better staff for peak periods to reduce burnout on existing teams. More clear paths for career advancement would also help with retention.

Pros: I liked the team I worked with; we had a good camaraderie. The benefits were pretty solid for a large corporate company. You get decent exposure to the global supply chain, which is cool for career development in logistics.
Cons: Work-life balance can be tough, especially as a Logistics Coordinator. There's often pressure to work longer hours, especially around peak season for express delivery. It's mostly an onsite role at the Cincinnati hub, so not much remote flexibility.
Advice to Management: Management should really look into better staffing to ease the workload on logistics teams. More hybrid work options would also boost morale.

Pros: As a Customer Service Representative, the shift options were somewhat predictable. You can swap shifts with colleagues if you plan ahead, which helps in the fast-paced shipping industry. It's a big corporate company, so there's a structure for everything.
Cons: True work flexibility here isn't great, especially for entry-level customer support roles. Most roles are strictly onsite in the Miami, Florida office, with no real WFH options. Don't expect much leeway if you need a last-minute change to your schedule.
Advice to Management: Consider offering more hybrid or remote options for customer support, especially after the pandemic showed it's possible. Giving employees more control over their schedules would boost morale and reduce turnover for these critical logistics roles.
