Pros: You get solid exposure to real MEP engineering projects, which is great for learning in the construction industry. My team in the Kuala Lumpur office was decent to work with, too.
Cons: Work flexibility is basically non-existent here. As a Project Engineer, you're expected onsite 9-6 daily, no exceptions. There are no remote or hybrid options, which can be tough.
Advice to Management: Management should really think about adding some work-from-home days or flexible hours. It'd help a lot with employee morale and retention.
