Cons: Career growth can feel really slow for sales roles; it's tough to move up. Also, sometimes company decisions just come out of nowhere without much explanation, which can be unsettling even if your job itself feels safe. It's an onsite role, not much work flexibility.
Advice to Management: Work on clearer career paths, especially for tenured sales staff. More transparent communication from leadership about company strategy would also be really helpful.
