What The Role Is
You are responsible for the planning and execution of multilateral and/or bilateral Defence Relations (DR) events and collaborating with other stakeholders within the Digital and Intelligence Service (DIS) and with other Services.
What You Will Be Working On
- Execute DR engagement activities, including visits by foreign partners, courtesy calls, and other events
- Coordinate logistics and administrative matters to ensure the smooth delivery of DR programmes
- Liaise with various stakeholders to align on objectives and requirements for DR programmes
Challenge(s) - Adapting swiftly to changing circumstances for the successful execution of DR events
- Interacting and working closely with multiple stakeholders in planning and execution of DR activities
What We Are Looking For
- Education in Social Sciences, Political Science, International Relations, Economics, Sociology, Geography, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in international relations and/or knowledge of a foreign language is advantageous
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
