Admin & Accounts Officer
📍 Work Location: Toa Payoh
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Admin & Accounts Officer to support the daily operations of our centre.
Key Responsibilities
Administration
- Receive, record, and issue receipts for school fees, donations, and other income (including GIRO payments).
- Maintain accurate school fee records and prepare monthly reports for the Centre Head.
- Follow up on outstanding fees and issue reminder letters where necessary.
- Handle petty cash, payment vouchers, banking duties, and office supplies procurement.
- Track staff attendance, leave, and training records, and assist with staff onboarding.
- Provide general administrative support, including answering calls, managing mail, and supporting centre events.
- Coordinate staff welfare matters and ensure compliance with NEA ESR requirements.
Accounting
- Prepare monthly management reports.
- Liaise with external accountants and auditors.
- Process supplier payments and staff expense claims.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, audits, and Means Test applications.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting regulations.
Requirements
- Relevant administrative and/or accounting experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Meticulous, organised, and able to multitask.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
