Okay growth if you push for it

Cons: The career progression isn't super clear. You really have to advocate for yourself and show consistent results to move up. Formal training or mentorship for leadership roles feels pretty limited, especially within the New York City office. Sometimes it feels like you're stuck.

Okay Pay, Benefits Could Be Better
Pros: The base salary for a Digital Marketing Specialist here is pretty decent for a mid-sized agency in New York City. They also cover most of our health insurance premiums, which is a solid plus.
Cons: Annual raises aren't great; they barely keep up with inflation. Don't expect huge bonuses for hitting your PPC targets either, it's usually just a small percentage.

Work-life balance can be tough for agency roles
Pros: The team in the London office is really supportive, which helps when things get busy. I do appreciate the hybrid model, it gives some flexibility for WFH a few days a week, which is a definite plus.
Cons: Honestly, the work-life balance here isn't great for digital marketing agency roles. As a Senior PPC Specialist, managing multiple demanding paid media campaigns often means working late. It's tough to really switch off.
Advice to Management: Try to manage client expectations better regarding timelines and deliverables. Consider staffing up to reduce the workload burden on individual Senior PPC Specialists. This would really help improve work-life balance across the board.
