Work-life balance is okay, depends on your team.
Pros: You can usually get your 40 hours done and leave for the day. There's not a huge expectation for constant overtime, which is good. For engineering roles, the onsite work in the Newport News office means a clear separation between home and work.
Cons: Sometimes project deadlines in heavy equipment manufacturing can mean some really tough weeks. True hybrid work flexibility isn't really a thing for all departments. It feels a bit behind the times for a large corporate company in that aspect.
