Decent Flexibility, But Can Be Inconsistent
Pros: I've seen some good flexibility, especially with the hybrid work model. As a Technical Support Specialist, working from home a few days helps a lot. It makes balancing personal stuff much easier.
Cons: It's not the same for everyone; some teams get way less flexibility. For software support roles, getting full remote approval is tough, even if your job can be done from anywhere. You're expected in the Austin, TX office often.
Advice to Management: Try to standardize flexibility policies across all departments. Trust employees more with remote work options, especially for roles like technical support that don't always need to be in the office.
