Our mission is to provide inclusive mobility for Filipinos using the versatility of motorcycles.
Given the worsening traffic in major urban areas from the lagging infrastructure development in the country, Filipinos require more and better transport options, whether to transport themselves, or to have items delivered. We believe that motorcycles are low-cost, versatile, and most of all, already widely adopted for personal use and therefore an effective solution. They are currently underutilized though as a for-hire service, and it is our mission to increase their accessibility to more people.

Pros: You can sometimes swap shifts with teammates, which helps a lot when something urgent comes up. The local Manila office team is generally understanding if you need to take an emergency leave. It's not a super strict 9-5 schedule which can be a plus.
Cons: Work-from-home options are almost non-existent for on-site operations staff, which is a real bummer. Schedules often change with very little notice, especially in this gig economy space. It makes planning your personal life or appointments quite difficult.
Advice to Management: Try to provide more predictable work schedules for on-site staff. Even a little more consistency would greatly improve morale and work-life balance for Operations Associates. Explore if more hybrid options are truly impossible for some roles.

Pros: The team is generally supportive, and it's a good place to learn about the logistics and gig economy sector. You get exposed to a lot of different operational challenges. The culture for internal employees in the Metro Manila office is pretty chill.
Cons: Job security isn't its strongest point, especially with the fluctuating market for mobility platforms. There aren't many clear career growth paths for operations roles here. It can feel a bit unstable sometimes for a tech company.
Advice to Management: Try to outline clearer pathways for internal promotion and provide more transparency on long-term company stability. It would really help boost job security for employees beyond the riders.

Pros: The company culture here is really strong. My coworkers in the Manila office were super supportive and friendly, which made coming to work feel good. You get to learn a ton about the logistics industry if you're passionate about it.
Cons: Career growth as an Operations Analyst felt pretty limited; there wasn't a clear path forward. Some decisions from leadership came out of nowhere, which was tough. Work flexibility isn't great, it's mostly onsite with very rare WFH options.
Advice to Management: Focus on creating more structured career development programs, especially for roles like Operations Analyst. Better communication regarding company changes would also help a lot.
