Career Growth is What You Make It Here
Pros: You get a lot of exposure to different client projects as a Project Coordinator. It's a solid place to learn the ropes in offshore outsourcing. The hybrid work model helps with commute times in Manila, Philippines, which is nice.
Cons: Career progression can feel slow if you don't constantly self-advocate. There aren't many structured development programs for middle management. You can get stuck if you're not actively looking for new opportunities.
Advice to Management: Invest more in clear career paths and leadership development programs. It would really help with retention and employee motivation. Create more internal visibility for growth opportunities.

Hybrid Model is Okay for Devs, Could Be Better
Pros: For us developers, there's a pretty solid hybrid work model. We get a few WFH days a week which is a lifesaver, especially with Manila traffic. It's a common perk in the BPO industry for tech roles.
Cons: The flexibility isn't consistent across all teams or roles. Some non-developer roles in the Manila office are strictly onsite, which seems tough. Also, sometimes WFH days feel like longer hours with less separation.
Advice to Management: Try to offer more consistent hybrid or WFH options across all departments, not just tech roles. It would really boost morale for the entire corporate BPO workforce.

Decent Hybrid Model, Still Room for More Flex
Pros: I appreciate the hybrid model for some roles, especially as a Customer Service Representative. It's good to have a few work-from-home days; it really helps with the tough Manila traffic. They do offer solid support for your home setup.
Cons: The work flexibility can be pretty limited depending on your client account. Not all BPO roles get those WFH options, and shift schedules for the Manila office are very rigid. It's tough to get a shift swap, even with advance notice.
Advice to Management: Try to offer more flexible scheduling options for tenured employees, even for client-facing BPO roles. Also, standardize WFH policies across all accounts where possible to improve overall employee morale.
