Location: Harton Corporate Center, Baclaran Parañaque

Your Role:

As a Customer Service Representative specializing in patient transport coordination, you will:


Management and Supervision

  • Manage crews in patient movement, transport, and best clinical outcomes in accordance with contractual expectations and KPIs.


Administration & Dispatch

  • Coordinate call taking from customers and subsequent booking procedures.
  • Plan and dispatch bookings to maximize the efficient use of resources.
  • Accurately book and enter patient transport data into the WM1 Booking system.
  • Work with rosters to ensure the most efficient crewing configurations.


Reporting & Compliance

  • Provide daily caseload reports and data for reports required by stakeholders.
  • Escalate and document customer complaints, queries, excessive delays, or other noteworthy incidents.
  • Comply with call taking, dispatch procedures, and company/customer contractual KPIs.
  • Adhere to Wilson Medic One and Wilson Group HSE Policies and Procedures.


General Duties

  • Adhere to and be a role model of the Company values and policies.
  • Take reasonable care of the health and safety of yourself and others, and report hazards or risks to your manager.


What You Need:

Non-negotiables (Top 4 Core Requirements)

  • Language Proficiency: Very good level of verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Very good level of computer literacy with a minimum typing speed of 30 wpm.
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Flexibility: Demonstrated stress tolerance and flexibility to work varied hours, including holidays, weekends, and shifting schedules.


Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Experience in a Dispatch, front-of-house contact center, or call center environment.
  • Experience dealing with allied health professionals at both a clinical and administrative level.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and a strong commitment to succeed with a hands-on approach.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to direct resources and staff in a positive environment.
  • Independence in day-to-day activities while maintaining clear communication with direct reports on progress.
  • Ability to represent Wilson Medic One in a professional manner to customers and key industry stakeholders.
