Job Responsibilities

  • Handle daily administrative operations to ensure smooth office and factory support functions.
  • Coordinate with local and overseas suppliers, including suppliers from China, regarding procurement and documentation matters.
  • Prepare purchase orders, follow up on deliveries, and maintain procurement records.
  • Assist in logistics coordination, shipment arrangements, and inventory record management.
  • Perform data entry, filing, document control, and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
  • Assist in stock monitoring, inventory reconciliation, and documentation updates.
  • Provide administrative support to procurement, logistics, operations, and accounts functions.
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as instructed by management.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant working experience will be an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Good organisational, coordination, and documentation skills.
  • Able to handle multiple tasks and work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Experience in procurement, logistics, inventory control, administration, or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Willing to work in Kapar, Selangor.
