Pay is okay, benefits could be better

Pros: As a Production Operator, the base salary here is decent for the plastics manufacturing industry in Shah Alam. You get standard EPF and SOCSO contributions, which is good. Overtime is usually available too, if you want extra cash.
Cons: Raises don't happen often, so it's tough to really grow your income. Beyond the basic statutory benefits, there aren't many extra perks or health benefits. The compensation package feels pretty average compared to other manufacturing jobs.
