Pros: The team I worked with was really supportive, which made daily tasks much easier. For content creation roles, you do get decent autonomy over your projects. The core work in metaphysics education is genuinely interesting if you're into that field.
Cons: Work flexibility just isn't there. They push hard for everyone to be onsite in the Kuala Lumpur office, even when it's not necessary for my content creator role. There's almost no work from home option, maybe one day a week if you're lucky. It feels like an older, more traditional corporate environment.
Advice to Management: Please rethink your approach to work from home policies. Trust your employees more, especially for roles like content creation that can be effectively managed remotely. It would improve morale and work-life balance for many.
