Hybrid model okay, but not much true flexibility
Overall, it's an okay place to work, but I definitely felt the lack of flexibility in my role as a Logistics Coordinator.
You get pretty decent benefits and the option for a couple of WFH days. The team I worked with in the Atlanta office was pretty solid and supportive. Job security feels decent because it's a big corporate company.
The 'hybrid' model isn't very flexible, especially for logistics operations. You're usually expected onsite most days, even for tasks that could easily be done remotely. It's tough to adjust your schedule if something comes up, which is a common complaint.
Give teams more autonomy to define their hybrid schedules based on actual job needs, especially for roles like Logistics Coordinator where onsite requirements often felt unnecessary.
