Cons: Leadership often lacks direction, and it feels like they don't fully grasp the engineering challenges. There's a real communication gap between upper management and the project teams in the Kuala Lumpur office. Decisions can feel arbitrary for us as Software Engineers.
Advice to Management: Really listen to your tech teams. A clearer roadmap and better communication about company goals would make a huge difference, especially for project execution in software development.
