Decent place for IT outsourcing, culture needs work
Pros: The team I worked with was super collaborative on our IT outsourcing projects. We had good daily stand-ups and everyone was willing to help out. The remote setup is great for flexibility as a software developer.
Cons: Sometimes, the company culture feels a bit disconnected between departments. Internal communication can be slow, which makes working across teams tough. It's a mid-sized tech company, so things can feel a bit corporate at times.
Advice to Management: Focus on improving internal communication channels and creating more cross-departmental activities. Building a more unified culture would make a big difference for remote employees.

Culture is decent, but work can be intense
Pros: The teams are really friendly, especially in the Ho Chi Minh City office. There's a good sense of camaraderie among fellow Software Engineers. You can learn a lot if you're proactive in the tech industry.
Cons: Sometimes the culture feels a bit top-down, not much room for independent ideas. Work-life balance can get tough; expect longer hours during crunch times. It's not a true startup vibe.
Advice to Management: Try to empower teams more. Give us more say in projects and daily workflows. A bit more flexibility would go a long way.
