Culture is decent, but work can be intense
My time as a Software Engineer at Sunbytes was a mixed bag. The people are great, but the work environment sometimes lacks flexibility.
The teams are really friendly, especially in the Ho Chi Minh City office. There's a good sense of camaraderie among fellow Software Engineers. You can learn a lot if you're proactive in the tech industry.
Sometimes the culture feels a bit top-down, not much room for independent ideas. Work-life balance can get tough; expect longer hours during crunch times. It's not a true startup vibe.
Try to empower teams more. Give us more say in projects and daily workflows. A bit more flexibility would go a long way.
