Leadership is Okay, But Needs More Vision
Pros: My immediate manager was pretty supportive, which helped a lot as a Project Coordinator. We also have a solid hybrid work setup, which is great for work-life balance.
Cons: Upper management lacks a clear direction sometimes. Communication from the top isn't always clear, especially in our Austin, TX office. It's tough to see long-term company goals.
Advice to Management: Try to be more transparent with company strategy. Engage more directly with teams across all levels. A clearer vision from the top would really help.

Decent Pay, Benefits Need Some Work
Pros: The base salary for a Software Engineer here is pretty decent, especially for a mid-sized tech company in Seattle. I started around $110k which is solid. The 401k match is also fairly good, you don't always see that from every employer.
Cons: Raises are really slow; it's hard to move up the pay scale after your initial offer. The health insurance options aren't great, they're kind of pricey for what you get. Our PTO policy could definitely use an update compared to others in the software development industry.
Advice to Management: Management should really look into better health benefits and a more competitive raise structure. It would help a lot with retention, especially for seasoned Software Engineers.
