Leadership is Okay, But Needs More Vision
It's a pretty standard mid-sized corporate environment. If you get a solid direct manager, it's decent, but overall leadership can feel a bit disconnected.
My immediate manager was pretty supportive, which helped a lot as a Project Coordinator. We also have a solid hybrid work setup, which is great for work-life balance.
Upper management lacks a clear direction sometimes. Communication from the top isn't always clear, especially in our Austin, TX office. It's tough to see long-term company goals.
Try to be more transparent with company strategy. Engage more directly with teams across all levels. A clearer vision from the top would really help.
