Leadership is okay, but needs more vision
Working at BJAK remotely as a Software Engineer had its moments. The leadership team sometimes misses the mark for us in the tech industry.
Some individual managers are genuinely supportive. They try to foster a good remote work environment for engineering roles. Our sprint leads are solid and accessible, which is a big plus.
Upper management at this mid-size tech company struggles with clear direction. Product roadmap changes too often, which makes planning tough for a Software Engineer. There's not enough consistent communication from the top leadership team.
Try to provide a clearer, more stable vision for product development. More transparency on decisions would really help the engineering teams understand the 'why' behind changes.
