Cons: Base salary for my Product Manager role felt low compared to other tech startups in the region. There isn't much room for salary negotiation unless you're a really senior hire. The compensation structure for mental health tech generally lags a bit.
Advice to Management: Re-evaluate salary bands, especially for experienced hires in core product roles. Being a tech startup doesn't mean compensation can't be competitive with bigger players. Invest more in performance bonuses.
