Leadership is Okay, But Needs Work
Working at kuubiik has been an interesting ride, especially as a Software Engineer. The tech startup vibe in the San Francisco office is real. Work-life balance here is okay, but leadership definitely needs some fine-tuning.
You'll find some really smart people here. The actual software development projects are often challenging and pretty engaging. Plus, the hybrid work model is a huge plus, giving good flexibility for technical roles.
The biggest issue is leadership communication; it's often unclear what the long-term vision is. Decision-making from the top can feel pretty slow, which bogs things down. It feels tough to see clear career growth paths sometimes.
Please work on clearer communication, especially about company direction and employee development. Better defined career paths would really help morale for engineers.
