Pros: The benefits package is decent, though. We get good health insurance and there's a pension scheme, which is solid. The company culture is pretty okay overall, and they offer a hybrid work model.
Cons: Salary for software engineering roles is definitely below average for Vienna. There haven't been big raises for a while, even with inflation, which impacts my take-home pay. It's tough to feel valued when compensation doesn't keep up, especially in the payment processing industry.
Advice to Management: Re-evaluate salary bands, especially for technical roles like software engineers. We need competitive pay to retain talent in this market, or you'll keep losing experienced people to competitors.

Pros: For us in customer support roles, the hybrid work model is a decent perk. I appreciate being able to work from home a couple days a week. It helps a lot with my commute to the Vienna office.
Cons: There's not much room to shift hours, even if you're a long-term employee. As a Customer Service Representative, you're pretty tied to your shift. This rigidness can be tough in the tax-free shopping industry when things get busy.
Advice to Management: Management should explore more flexible shift options for long-term Customer Service Representatives. It would really boost morale and help with retention.

Pros: I liked having a predictable schedule for my customer service role, usually 40 hour weeks. There's some flexibility for appointments, which is a big plus for anyone in the Prague office.
Cons: During busy travel retail periods, overtime gets heavy and it's basically mandatory. It can be hard to plan things outside of work when you're in the thick of it.
Advice to Management: Try to staff better for peak seasons in the travel retail industry so existing teams aren't always stretched thin. Overtime shouldn't be the default solution.
