Pros: I like the WFH policy here for most of the week. The hybrid model works well for my design role. It's a solid perk for a mid-sized tech company in the semiconductor industry.
Cons: Not all teams get the same deal with flexibility. If you're tied to the Hillsboro, OR office lab, remote work is tough. It's not a universal benefit across all departments.
Advice to Management: Management should work towards more consistent hybrid or WFH options for non-lab roles. Standardizing policies would help with employee morale across the board.
