Cons: Not all teams get the same deal with flexibility. If you're tied to the Hillsboro, OR office lab, remote work is tough. It's not a universal benefit across all departments.
Advice to Management: Management should work towards more consistent hybrid or WFH options for non-lab roles. Standardizing policies would help with employee morale across the board.
