Decent Pay for Construction, Benefits Could Improve

Pros: The base salary is pretty competitive for a Project Engineer in the Kuala Lumpur construction industry. It's one of the main reasons I've stayed here. They generally pay on time, which is good for financial planning.
Cons: The bonus structure isn't very clear, so you don't always know what to expect. Health benefits package is just okay; it could be better compared to other firms. We don't get many perks beyond the basics for a corporate construction company of this size.
Advice to Management: Work on making the bonus system more transparent. Also, consider upgrading the overall benefits package, especially health coverage, to stay competitive for skilled construction professionals. Show more
