Okay Work-Life, But It's a Balancing Act

Pros: Honestly, the work-life balance is okay most of the time. We get to use a hybrid work model, which is a real plus. It means I don't have to be in the Kuala Lumpur office five days a week, which helps a lot with errands and stuff.

Leadership is learning, but sometimes tough

Pros: Some senior folks are really invested. As a Software Engineer, I've seen decent mentorship on complex coding challenges. The team leads in our Kuala Lumpur office try their best.
