Steady Hours, Small Team, Good for Job Security

Pros: Job security here is pretty solid, especially for roles like Retail Store Assistant. We don't see a lot of turnover, which is good. Working in the Kuala Lumpur office feels secure, even for a family-owned business.
Cons: Growth opportunities aren't super clear, so if you want to climb fast, this might not be it. Sometimes it feels like there isn't much room to move up from my current role. Pay raises are decent but not huge.

Okay for entry-level, not much flexibility

Pros: For entry-level roles like an Operations Assistant, it's a good place to learn the ropes of tea retail. You usually get standard working hours, which is nice for planning your personal life. Weekends are generally free, which I appreciated.
Cons: Work flexibility here is pretty low. You're expected to be onsite in the Kuala Lumpur office almost all the time; there's really no WFH option. It's tough if you need to manage personal appointments during work hours.
Advice to Management: Consider offering some hybrid options, even one day a week. It would really help with employee morale and reduce stress for staff needing to run errands or handle personal matters during the day. Show more
