Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
  • Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations
  • Report equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisors
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals


Requirements

  • SPM or its equivalent
  • Basic communication skill / able to understand instruction
  • Able to read, write and count
  • Responsible, disciplined, and punctual
  • Maintain hygiene and personal skills.
  • Ability to operate machinery and use basic tools
  • Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, hardworking & dedicated
  • Willingness to work weekends, or overtime as needed
