The Team

A&M Indonesia is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Senior Associate / Manager to partner with our business unit leaders to provide sourcing and operational recruiting support.

How You Will Contribute

  • Develop relationships with practice leadership, operations, and external university partners; fully understand and represent the business to both experienced and campus talent pools
  • Conduct intake calls, set sourcing strategies, and manage full-cycle recruitment for both experienced hires and campus programmes (graduate and internship hiring)
  • Source, interview and present candidates across service lines, including developing and maintaining pipelines for early-career talent through structured campus recruitment efforts
  • Support and execute campus recruitment initiatives, including university engagement, on-campus / virtual events, and talent identification aligned to hiring needs
  • Partner with hiring teams to plan and deliver campus recruitment cycles, including resume screening, interview coordination, and selection processes for graduate hires
  • Provide operational support when needed, including scheduling interviews, supporting recruiting events, and gathering structured feedback from interview teams
  • Communicate with Operations Leaders, interview teams, candidates, and campus stakeholders to ensure clarity on feedback, timelines, and next steps across all hiring pipelines
  • Assist with market research, job descriptions, and talent insights, including campus hiring trends and benchmarking, to inform hiring strategies
  • Create innovative sourcing strategies leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobvite (ATS), resume databases, and campus channels (e.g. university partnerships, student groups)
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of high-quality candidates, including early-career talent; proactively nurture relationships and promote Alvarez & Marsal’s employer value proposition
  • Represent the firm at campus and early-career engagement activities, acting as a brand ambassador to prospective candidates
  • Prepare offer letters and partner with the HRBP team to ensure offers align with salary bands, internal equity, and campus hiring frameworks
  • Maintain requisitions and candidate records with meticulous attention to detail; track campus and experienced hire metrics and provide reporting as needed

Qualifications

  • 4-8 years of full life cycle recruiting. Experience with a management consulting firm, executive search, or large fast-paced corporate environment preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, concentration in Business or Human Resource Management or a related field preferred
  • Experience with campus recruitment or early-career hiring, including planning and executing university engagement initiatives, preferred
  • Ability to engage and influence diverse candidate groups, including students and early-career talent, through strong communication and employer branding
  • Strong research and candidate generation skills, with the ability to generate a high-volume and high-quality candidate pipeline under very tight timelines.
  • Advanced Boolean search string skills
  • Works well under pressure, without compromising quality of service or work
  • Ability to work well independently and as a member of a team.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines
  • Strong business acumen and polished communication skills
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and escalate issues as needed
