Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Role Overview
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will scale the end-to-end recruitment function to support rapid business growth, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment Excellence
Hands on the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume, niche, and leadership rolesDesign and optimize sourcing strategies across diverse talent pools, including international hiringEnsure hiring quality, speed, and experience remain high in a fast-moving environment
Expansion & International Hiring
Lead recruitment initiatives to support business expansion and new market entryPartner with HRBP, and management to support workforce scaling in new countries
Stakeholder Management & Influence
Build strong partnerships with hiring manager, acting as a strategic influencerChallenge hiring assumptions and provide alternative solutions when needed
Data, Process & Employer Branding
Track and report recruitment metrics to support hiring performance and process improvement.Continuously improve recruitment processes and ensure a smooth candidate experience.Support Employer Branding initiatives to attract top talent in competitive markets.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.Minimum 4-5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.Passionate about growing within a fast-paced beauty industry.Excellent communication skills with a collaborative mindset and positive attitude.Must be fluent in English.Willing to work full WFO at Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta.
