Responsibilities
- Assist to manage digital solution projects for Legal & Governance and Corporate Affairs & Branding Function of the Corporation
- Work closely with business users to gain in-depth understanding of business requirements and translate into system requirements and specifications
- Partner with business users to research, source and/or formulate the digital solutions fulfilling business requirements
- Lead and manage vendor and/or internal IT development team to develop the digital solutions
- Supervise and support project implementation activities such as system configuration, training and UAT
- Proactively identify and escalate project risk to the management
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support business process changes to adopt new digital solutions
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Information Systems or a related discipline
- A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience, of which 1 year should be at supervisory level
- Proven experience in application development, preferably in .Net, Microsoft Power Platform such as Power App, Power Automate and Power BI
- Experience and knowledge of implementing enterprise applications for legal and governance domain, e.g. customer management system/ contract management solutions / corporate governance and risk management solutions, is an advantage
- Hands-on knowledge or practical experience in applying AI technologies (e.g. AI-assisted development, automation, analytics, or Copilot/LLM-based solutions) to enhance business processes and system solutions is an advantage
- Strong stakeholder / vendor management skills with high level of competence in problem solving, interpersonal skills and business acumen Good presentation, analytical and communication skills in both written and spoken English
Remarks
- Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms
