We are seeking a talented and driven Project Manager / Business Analyst with strong insurance industry knowledge to join our dynamic and fast-paced organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on challenges, enjoys solving complex business problems, and is passionate about delivering impactful solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in bridging business needs with technology solutions-leading projects end-to-end, gathering and analyzing requirements, and ensuring successful implementation of business initiatives that drive operational efficiency and customer value.

Responsibilities:

  • Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, process workflows, risks, timelines, and communication plans for projects.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to deliver solutions on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Engage and influence stakeholders to secure necessary support, input, and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate and chair project meetings, including design workshops, brainstorming sessions, and issue resolution discussions.
  • Manage project closure activities, including financial reconciliation, documentation archiving, and post-implementation reviews.
  • Provide clear and timely communication to all stakeholders regarding project progress, risks, issues, and status updates.
  • Develop and execute test plans to validate that solutions meet business and functional requirements.
  • Analyze data to identify business challenges and opportunities for operational or strategic improvement.
  • Deliver training and support to end users to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Integrate benefits tracking into project plans to ensure measurable outcomes are monitored post-implementation.
  • Ensure all project activities comply with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as the Product Owner responsible for the strategy, roadmap, and prioritization of enhancements for the EB system.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3-5+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or solution delivery.
  • Good understanding of IT Infrastructure topics
  • Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
  • University degree or post graduate degree level
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CBAP, or Agile/Scrum certifications.
  • Experienced in managing insurance, projects
  • Experience with digital transformation or system implementation projects in the insurance sector.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
  • Knowledge of data analytics tools or techniques (e.g., SQL, Power BI).
  • Exposure to regional or cross-functional project environments.
