General Responsibilities:
- Perform data cleansing and ensure the accuracy of master data
- Manage and maintain CRM systems
- Develop and maintain dashboards to support business decision-making
- Maintain and automate reports to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Respond to user tickets and provide effective solutions
- Handle internal and external client inquiries efficiently
- Facilitate communication between local IT, regional teams, and clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies
- Participate in the development and maintenance of a Data Lake with regional teams
Job Requirements:
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Power Automate
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with CRM systems and data governance
- Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a plus
- Experience in handling client inquiries and providing exceptional customer service
- Previous experience in a similar role within a business solutions team
