Develop and manage new and existing enterprise customer accounts to achieve sales targets
Identify customer requirements and propose suitable telecom / ICT solutions (e.g. connectivity, data center, cloud, managed services or network solutions)
Conduct sales presentations, solution briefings, and commercial negotiations with customers
Work closely with solution architects, engineers, and operations teams to design and deliver end-to-end solutions
Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender responses
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and handover to delivery teams
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting reports
Build long-term relationships with customers and partners
Stay updated on telecom technologies, market trends, and competitor offerings
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in Engineering, IT, Business, Telecommunications or a related field
Minimum2 years of experience in telecom, ICT, or technology-related sales
Technical background or strong technical understanding of telecom / network solutions (e.g. MPLS, Internet, SD-WAN, cloud connectivity, data center, or managed services)
Experience in solution selling or consultative sales will be an advantage
Experience in enterprise or B2B sales is highly preferred
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to understand customer technical requirements and translate them into commercial solutions
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Candidates with more experience may be considered as Sales Manager
