Job Responsibilities


  • Develop and manage new and existing enterprise customer accounts to achieve sales targets
  • Identify customer requirements and propose suitable telecom / ICT solutions (e.g. connectivity, data center, cloud, managed services or network solutions)
  • Conduct sales presentations, solution briefings, and commercial negotiations with customers
  • Work closely with solution architects, engineers, and operations teams to design and deliver end-to-end solutions
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender responses
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and handover to delivery teams
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecasting reports
  • Build long-term relationships with customers and partners
  • Stay updated on telecom technologies, market trends, and competitor offerings


Requirements & Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in Engineering, IT, Business, Telecommunications or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in telecom, ICT, or technology-related sales
  • Technical background or strong technical understanding of telecom / network solutions (e.g. MPLS, Internet, SD-WAN, cloud connectivity, data center, or managed services)
  • Experience in solution selling or consultative sales will be an advantage
  • Experience in enterprise or B2B sales is highly preferred
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand customer technical requirements and translate them into commercial solutions
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
  • Candidates with more experience may be considered as Sales Manager
