Our client, a leading freight forwarding organisation is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead the team and drive performance and achieve business goals across Hong Kong and part of China business.
Aufgabengebiet
- Manage P&L responsibility for the branch.
- Expand customer base and strengthen key account relationships
- Monitoring and analysing market trends to identify business opportunities.
- Managing and developing a team to ensure high performance and engagement.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Preparing regular reports to track branch performance and financial metrics.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Collaborating with internal departments to optimise service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Anforderungsprofil
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in freight forwarding/logistics, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of air freight, ocean freight, customs regulations, and supply chain operations
- Proven track record in sales and business development
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Strong professional communication skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
- Travel frequently between Hong Kong and Mainland China
