Responsibilities
- Assist the Branch Manager in managing the sales staff of personal banking business, to promote the sales and cross-border business development, and enhance sales productivity and service capacity;
- Supervise, train and support the sales staff of personal banking business to create cooperative atmosphere, enhance morale and maximize subordinates’ talents.
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above, with 5 years or above relevant experience in banking industry;
- Qualifications in HKSI and IIQE;
- With AHKIB, ACIB/CRWP qualification an advantage;
- Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese;
- Familiar with common PC and Office applications.
