Job Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee business operations across Asia
- Drive commercial growth and business development initiatives
- Identify and develop new opportunities in logistics, shipping, agency, and port services
- Expand customer base and strengthen strategic partnerships
- Formulate and execute regional growth strategies aligned with global objectives
- Manage full P&L responsibility and ensure financial performance targets are met
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing regional team
- Leverage global network to create cross-regional synergies and opportunities
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and expansion opportunities
- Represent the company with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, port services, or related sectors
- Proven track record in commercial leadership, business development, and revenue growth
- Strong experience managing P&L
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to scale and grow businesses
- Demonstrated success in developing strategic partnerships and entering new markets
- Strong leadership experience managing multicultural teams
- Established network within the Asia logistics and supply chain ecosystem
- Fluency in English is required
- Mandarin or other Asian languages are highly advantageous
- Spanish is a big plus
