About the job: We are seeking a secretary to provide secretarial assistance and support to the partners, associates and other fee earners in the Singapore Dispute Resolution team.

Reports to: Partners

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Document processing/production
  • Filing documents via e-litigation
  • File Management
  • Preparing bills & invoices
  • Conflict checks coordination
  • Handle incoming calls and general enquiries
  • Diary Management
  • Travel arrangement
  • Other ad hoc projects assigned by fee-earners


Person specification:

Education / Qualifications:

  • An entry-level diploma in law holder or GCE A level holder
  • 3 - 4 years of secretary / PA experience in legal industry
  • Must have e-Litigation experience
  • Good command of written and spoken English


General Skills:

  • Possess basic competent legal research and drafting skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent IT skills; MS Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to prioritise and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • A good team player.
  • Well organised, detail oriented.
  • Friendly, approachable and flexible.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
