[What the role is]
The Senior Manager directly reports to the Assistant Director and oversees Manager in planning and development of courses. He/ She will also assist and support in the day-to-day course development work and various inter-agency and divisional projects by providing functional and operational support to facilitate smooth delivery.
[What you will be working on]
Course Development & Curation
Manage the allocated portfolio & actively reach out to new partners, engage new/existing partners/networks, study industry and market trends/practices and practices to recommend new course guidelines and implement the course guidelines and practices to achieve professional and high quality standards in the management of Trainers/Private Operators.
Course curation with Trainers/Private Operators and partners to develop new courses and programmes & repackage existing courses at the CCs/RCs/RNs/NCs, and assist the team to develop, promote and implement national level initiatives and programmes to reach out to the hard-to-reach target segments.
Identify and prioritise key stakeholders including community partners, PA trainers, private operators and corporate organisations based on their impact on course development objectives.
Engage and maintain relationships with industry partners and volunteer members of advisory panel of allocated portfolio to uphold and enhance the quality standards of courses and competency of Trainers/Private Operators.
Support division’s efforts in initiatives to review and enhance existing processes and policies, streamline workflows, and implement best practices that align with organisational objectives.
Participate in transformation projects to improve operational processes and increase course participation rates.
Support inter-agency/division projects that enhance community programming and resident engagement. This includes participating in cross-functional project teams, sharing resources and expertise, coordinating programme delivery with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with broader organisational and government objectives.
Partnership & Engagement
Develop, cultivate and maintain relationships with key partners, stakeholders and industry leaders. Proactively identify opportunities to strengthen existing partnerships and expand the organisation's network for community engagement. Invite valued partners and key opinion leaders to organizational events and community seminars.
Engage with opinion leaders and industry experts to facilitate timely feedback gathering on current trends and topics.
Actively seek and onboard new partners to expand the organisation's network and capabilities.
Build and maintain regular communication with stakeholders to understand their capabilities, interests and challenges. Foster collaboration and alignment to ensure stakeholder buy-in for course initiatives.
Engage key opinion leaders, leverage on social media and other publicity channels to promote the courses to residents.
Support in various inter-agency/division projects and high point events to promote and showcase courses and interest groups.
Marketing and Communications
Drive brand positioning and marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring consistent brand identity and messaging through various publicity materials inclusive of EDMs, posters, digital assets.
Oversee the development of marketing collateral, ensuring consistency in brand voice, visual identity and messaging across all touchpoints
Establishes and maintains partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and community influencers across various platforms to amplify PA course promotion through coordinated content creation, endorsements, and campaigns that enhance course visibility and credibility.
Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and optimise marketing initiatives
Manage marketing budget and resources effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI across various marketing initiatives
