Pros: As a Shift Supervisor, I had a good local store manager in Dallas, TX who really supported the team. There's decent initial training for fast-food industry operations, so you learn a lot quickly.
Cons: Higher-up leadership changes pretty often, which makes things inconsistent for us onsite staff. It's tough when corporate rolls out new initiatives without much support for the front lines.
Advice to Management: Focus on consistent support and clearer communication from district managers to store level leadership. Invest more in retaining good Shift Supervisors.
