Pros: It's cool working for a globally recognized luxury brand. The Beverly Hills boutique team was supportive. You definitely get a good education in high-end clienteling.
Cons: Leadership here needs work, especially for entry-level luxury retail roles. Managers sometimes lack consistent support and clear communication. The pressure to hit aggressive sales targets is constant and can be demotivating.
Advice to Management: Focus on developing managers for the luxury goods sector. Consistent training and clearer expectations for Sales Associates would help. Try to build a more supportive environment, especially around sales targets.

Cons: Career growth for Client Advisor roles is pretty limited. There aren't many opportunities to move up without a long wait, especially in the larger corporate structure. Internal promotions feel rare.
