Pros: I've learned a ton about the IT consulting industry here. You get exposed to different client projects pretty fast in the New York office. It's solid for building a foundational skill set.
Cons: Formal career progression isn't super clear after your first year or two. There's not a lot of structured mentorship for senior roles. You kind of have to figure out your own path to promotion, which can be tough.
Advice to Management: Managers should focus more on clear career paths for consultants past the entry-level. More formal training programs or mentorship for upward mobility would really help.
