Pros: The benefits package is pretty solid for a corporate company. My teammates are usually really helpful, which is great when you're starting as a Process Engineer. We work on interesting precision power solutions.
Cons: The company culture feels a bit slow and old-school at times. It's tough to get decisions made quickly, which can hold up projects. There isn't much work flexibility, mostly an onsite gig in the Fort Collins office.
Advice to Management: Try to speed up decision-making processes. Empower teams more and look into better work flexibility options. A more modern approach would really help with innovation.

Pros: I've enjoyed the stability here as a Software Engineer. The benefits package is pretty solid, especially for a big corporate environment. Folks in the Fort Collins, CO office are generally friendly and collaborative.
Cons: The company culture can sometimes feel a bit traditional, not super innovative for the power conversion industry. There's not much room for quick changes or new ideas to be implemented quickly. It can be tough to move up without a lot of patience.
Advice to Management: Try to foster a more dynamic environment and encourage more cross-departmental collaboration, especially for new tech initiatives. Speed up decision-making processes.

Pros: I've had good luck with the hybrid model here in the Fort Collins office, usually 3 WFH days a week. For an Engineering Project Manager, that flexibility helps a lot with personal appointments. It's solid for a big corporate company in the power conversion industry.
Cons: Some teams, especially those tied to lab work or specific semiconductor industry projects, don't get as much flexibility. You'll often see other project managers stuck onsite more. Management can be inconsistent about applying the hybrid policy.
Advice to Management: Standardize the remote work and hybrid policies across all departments, especially for those in critical engineering roles. Make sure everyone gets a fair shot at work-life balance.
