Pros: If you're looking for a stable gig, ZigZag QA offers decent job security. They don't have crazy layoffs like some big tech companies, especially for us working in core quality assurance roles. Remote work is also a huge plus, makes my life easier.
Cons: Career growth isn't super fast here. You can feel a bit pigeonholed as a QA Engineer sometimes. Pay is okay, but it's not top-tier compared to development jobs in the software testing industry.
Advice to Management: Invest more in career development paths for QA Engineers. It would help retain talent if there were clear ways to move up or specialize.
