Tanggungjawab:

• Membangunkan dan melaksanakan prosedur dan dasar kawalan kualiti untuk mengenal pasti dan menangani sebarang isu kualiti.
• Menyelia satu pasukan pemeriksa dan juruteknik jaminan kualiti, menyediakan panduan dan sokongan untuk memastikan proses kawalan kualiti yang cekap dan berkesan.
• Menganalisis data kualiti dan menjana laporan untuk menjejaki Petunjuk Prestasi Utama dan mengenal pasti bidang untuk penambahbaikan.
• Bekerjasama dengan pasukan pengeluaran, kejuruteraan dan perolehan untuk menyelesaikan masalah berkaitan kualiti dan melaksanakan tindakan pembetulan.
• Memastikan pematuhan dengan semua piawaian kualiti, peraturan dan keperluan pelanggan yang berkaitan.
• Memberi latihan dan bimbingan kepada pekerja tentang amalan terbaik kawalan kualiti.
• Sentiasa mencari peluang untuk mengoptimumkan proses jaminan kualiti dan memacu penambahbaikan berterusan.

Keperluan:

• Minimum 5 tahun pengalaman dalam peranan penyeliaan jaminan kualiti atau kawalan kualiti, sebaik-baiknya dalam industri pembuatan.
• Pemahaman yang kukuh tentang sistem pengurusan kualiti, seperti ISO 9001, dan pengalaman melaksanakan proses kawalan kualiti.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To develop and manage the Planning Department for company to operate with high level of efficiency, integrity, and enthusiasm, striving to achieve excellence (and avoid mediocrity) in all endeavors.

The Payroll Manager – Asia Pacific (APAC) will lead a team of up to 10 overseeing payroll operations working closely with outsourced partners across multiple countries in the region.   

The role will be the escalation point for complex payroll issues and ensure strict adherence to local labour laws and tax regulations.  Responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery while supporting tech‑industry demands such as global mobility, equity compensation, scalable processes, and high‑growth workforce expansion.
