💼 Role: Senior Service Desk Analyst
What You'll Do:
🎯 Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues (remote and on-site)
📊 Manage end-to-end incident lifecycle, ensuring SLA compliance and proper documentation
🔧 Perform system maintenance, backups, and monitoring across Windows and Mac OS environments
🤝 Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear and proactive communication
📝 Create and update technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
🚀 Identify and drive process and service improvement opportunities
What We're Looking For:
✅ Minimum 5 years’ experience in an IT Support role
✅ Strong proficiency in Windows and Mac OS environments
✅ Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Google Workspace
✅ Solid understanding of networking protocols and troubleshooting
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to support UK/British users effectively
✅ Strong incident management and ticketing system experience
✅ Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
