Assists in preparing proposals and cost attachments for prospective and existing accounts.
Handles phone inquiries for new accounts and develops positive client relationships.
Screens and manages calls for product specialists.
Provides administrative and operational support to help the department achieve its objectives.
Prepares and organizes documentation needed by Account Officers, including proposals, company profiles, permits, contracts, and accreditation materials.
Maintains professionalism, integrity, and a positive image when dealing with internal and external clients.
Participates in quality assurance activities and supports continuous improvement initiatives.
